Dr. Jessica Castañeda, D.C.


Jessica Castañeda, D.C. graduated from Palmer Chiropractic College in Davenport, Iowa. She utilizes Gonstead, Thompson, Diversifed and Activator techniques with and emphasis on pediatrics and family care, which includes all stages of pregnancy and postpartum. Dr. Castañeda also holds a post-doctoral certification in the Webster Technique, a safe and effective technique for adjusting pregnant women.

 

Dr. Castañeda had the opportunity to participate in the Palmer Clinic Abroad Program to Fiji in 2006. “This was an amazing, life changing chance to help others,” says Dr. Castaneda, “We adjusted a few thousand people during our visit in Fiji, most of them children!”

 

She enjoys exercising regularly, salsa dancing and is an avid crafter. Dr. Castañeda lives in the Quad Cites with her husband Salvador and their children, Meranda and Evan. Dr. Castañeda has the opportunity to lecture in the field of chiropractic throughout the community, which she enjoys a great deal.

Office Manager

Salvador oversees the day to day functions of the office and ensures customer service satisfaction is always met.  Salvador also handles public relations, sales and marketing and is an active participant in the community; involved in with many organizations and loves to volunteer.

Salvador enjoys music, salsa dancing, spending time with his family and your overall wellness.

 

Abby Burns, L.M.T.

Abby graduated from La James International College in Davenport, Iowa.  She specializes in Swedish, Deep Tissue, Pregnancy, Postpartum, and Reflexology. 
Abby jumped into massage, knowing that some day she would be working along side her husband and helping his practice.  The more education she received the more she knew how massage therapy could really help people.  “Massage is excellent to help relieve tension, head aches, stress, and tight muscles.  It is amazing how massage can push circulation and in turn help a person’s feeling of over all well-being.

She enjoys spending lots of time with her husband, mini yorkie named ‘Bowser,’ and her family.  Her hobbies are golfing, exercising, playing sports, shooting, and relaxing.  She currently coaches at Central High School for the girl’s basketball team and enjoys every second of it.
