On your first visit to our office you will be welcomed as a member of our family and our receptionist will greet you with a warm smile. You will then be asked to fill out some forms, which will help us gain some helpful information about you.

Dr. Castañeda or Dr. Siefken will then talk with you and ask you some specific questions regarding your condition to determine if she feels chiropractic care may be of benefit to you. If she feels she can help you, she will let you know. If she feels she cannot help you, she will refer you to a doctor that will be able to address your healthcare needs. Nothing will be done in our office without your consent.

After a thorough consultation with the doctor, you will have a complete chiropractic examination. This will include testing your reflexes, your ability to turn and bend as well as other standard orthopedic, neurological, postural, physical examination, EMG and thermal scan and x-rays if needed. If necessary, the doctor may refer you for additional testing procedures.

Once all the information and examinations have been performed, Dr. Castañeda or Dr. Siefken will give you a report of findings and tell you her recommendations for care.
